The project sponsor and major shareholder is DVI, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed medical equipment financing company based in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Its core business is financing diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy and other types of sophisticated medical equipment used by outpatient health care centers, groups of physicians and hospitals. Other potential shareholders include FMO, Rabobank, Philadelphia International Investment Corporation and Surinvest International Limited.

Project cost: US$95 million. Proposed IFC investment: US$17 million, including a US$15 million A loan and US$2 million equity.
