Orix Corporation is the technical partner. Corporación Financiera Nacional y Suramericana (Corfinsura) is Suleasing’s major shareholder with a 50.0% stake.
Project Cost Including proposed IFC investment
IFC’s investment will be an A loan of up to US$30.0 million. IFC may also make an investment for up to 15.0% of the Company’s equity. The equity investment would be made jointly with Orix Leasing of Japan, which would invest in up to 25.0% of the equity of Suleasing.
