Project Description
Tribanco (the “Company” or the “Bank”) was created in 1990 to serve as the financial link in distribution chain of Martins Comércio e Serviços de Distribuição S.A. (“Martins”), the retail distribution arm of IMS (“Integrated Martins System”). Accordingly, it provides a full range of financial services to support the retailers (small and microenterprises) of IMS.
This will be IFC’s fifth project with Tribanco and aims to introduce the Bank to the international syndicated bank market (the “Project”). The Project is a natural continuation of IFC’s relationship with the Bank.
