Project Description
Masan Group Corporation (“Masan Group” or the “Sponsor”) is the parent company of Masan Food Corporation (the “Company” or “Masan Food”). Masan Group is seeking long-term financing primarily to expand and upgrade Masan Food’s operations, as well as meet long-term working capital needs, and enter into other agribusiness ventures, either through acquisition or organic growth (the “Project”).
Masan Food is a branded packaged food-and-beverage company based in and with nationwide distribution throughout Vietnam. Established in the late 1990s, the Company has established recognizable local brands for soy, instant noodles, fish and chili sauces. Headquartered in southern Ho Chi Minh City, the Company operates four production facilities and five distribution centers across Vietnam. The Company has focused on developing products with higher health and safety standards than the products currently available on the market.

Environmental and social information pertaining to the project will be available for access by the locally affected communities outside the project facilities in and around Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. It will also be posted near the main entrance of the Company and disclosure will also be made at a publicly accessible place in HCMC.
