Project Description
The project involves development of (i) a 23-room 5-star hotel in Luang Prabang, Lao People’s Democratic Republic (“Lao PDR”), and (ii) two four-star socially responsible hotels, with expected 20 to 30 rooms per hotel, in Lao PDR and/or Cambodia. The new hotel in Luang Prabang will be undertaken by KS Resort Luangprabang Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), an existing hotel company in Laos that runs a boutique 4-star hotel (3 Nagas) in Luang Prabang. The two 4-star hotels included in the project shall be undertaken by the Company and / or other subsidiaries of the sponsor.
