Project Description
The project consists of funding the expansion strategy of TV3 Russia (TV3 or the company), a free-to-air television broadcasting group based in Russia. The company, which focuses on broadcasting entertainment-related content, is 100% owned by Independent Network Television Holding Limited (INTH), a sole purpose holding company incorporated in Cyprus. Currently, TV3 broadcasts to a potential audience of over 50 million viewers (30% of the Russian population) through 62 local stations, 8 of which are approximately 100% owned and operated subsidiaries of the company. Through its expansion, TV3 plans to:
- increase distribution;
- improve programming; and
- enhance its promotional activities.
