Project Description

The Poteza Fund is a closed-end private equity fund formed to make equity and equity-related investments, through majority or controlling stakes, in companies based in southeastern Europe (the Region). Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia are the primary target countries for investment. In addition, up to 20% of the fund’s capital may be invested in Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Romania. The objective of the fund is to achieve capital appreciation through active management of a diversified portfolio of companies with high growth potential in the Region. An average investment size of €5 million is expected.
