Douja CIV is 100% owned by Addoha Group which is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange. Addoha Group is majority owned by Mr Anas Sefrioui (64.8%), followed by RCAR (Régime Collectif d’Allocation de Retraite) with 5.1% and the rest is free float (30.1%).                                               

The cost of the Project is estimated at EUR 158 million which IFC will support with a EUR 25 equivalent in XOF million, senior loan package. Within the scope of the Project, IFC’s financing will be directly used to support the development of housing in Lagoona City, Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire.                                               

     The Project will be located in Yopougon in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire                                              

  This is a Category B Project according to IFC’s Policy on Environmental and Social Sustainability (2012).  Based on information reviewed by IFC the proposed project will have limited adverse E&S impacts that are few, site specific, largely reversible and readily addressed through existing design criteria, mitigation measures and good international industry practices (GIIP).

Key E&S risks and issues include: (a) the company's management and monitoring systems to assess and manage E&S risks and impacts from its operation and those related to the construction of Lagoona City (b) assurance of fair, safe and healthy working conditions for employees and contract workers during construction and operation; (c) occupational, health and safety management and workers accommodation ; (d) monitoring and management of air emissions, waste and wastewater management; (e) life and fire safety and emergency response systems; (f) construction related traffic impacts on community safety; (g) the company's stakeholder engagement activities related to E&S aspects and community grievance mechanism.
