IFC proposed investment consists of a US$40 million A Loan to finance the completion and start of operations of the Company's greenfield (approximately 225,000 tons per annum) float glass production plant in Argentina.                                                   

 The Project will be located in an industrial site in Cardales, approximately 70 kilometers north-west of Buenos Aires, Argentina.                                                                                                    

 IFC’s has assessed the Company’s Corporate Governance policies and procedures and concludes that the corporate governance risks are low. The Company is a repeat global IFC client, with strong commitment to corporate governance practices. NSG Group provides for an umbrella CG framework that applies to NSG UK and all its subsidiaries, including VASA.
