Project Description

Infinity Advanced Technology Solutions PLC (“Infinity” or “the Company” - http://infinity-et.com/) is a medical equipment distribution company. It was established in 2002 to provide high-quality medical equipment for the healthcare sector in Ethiopia. Infinity has its offices and a warehouse, in the basement of a 4-storey (approximately 1,200 square meters) leased building in Addis Ababa (https://goo.gl/maps/dPkRdoquh7yZSfcm7). The Company also operates two workshops for the unboxing and assembly of medical equipment in a 2-story leased building (approximately 180 square meters) and is located less than 1 km away from its office building.

The Company plans to raise US$3m to respond to urgent requests for COVID related equipment such as ventilators and patient monitors in addition to non-COVID specific medical equipment. The proposed loan of US$ 7 million will be used to expand the capacity of Infinity to meet this demand from primarily private hospitals and clinics in Ethiopia (the “Project”). The Company does not plan any new construction or expansion of the current premises due to the Project.
