Overview of IFC's Scope of Review

IFC has reviewed technical information provided by PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (“Protelindo” or the “Company”), an Indonesian independent telecommunications tower company. The scope of IFC’s appraisal primarily included a review of Protelindo’s compliance with IFC’s Performance Standards and the Company’s management capacity to provide adequate oversight of health, safety, environmental, and social (“HSE&S”) aspects of its business. The review relied on documents and reports made available by Protelindo, along with site visits by IFC’s technical team to a number of Protelindo’s operating sites in Jakarta, Indonesia. Interviews were conducted by IFC staff during meetings with Protelindo’s senior management team in Jakarta.
