Project Description
This initiative, in collaboration with NSIA Banque in Benin and Cote d’Ivoire, focuses on enhancing the Banking on Women (BOW) segment. The project comprises two main components: (1) Strategy, Organization, and Product Offering, which includes developing gender-intelligent banking practices, conducting market assessments, and aligning organizational policies; and (2) Customer Value Proposition (CVP), which involves designing and launching financial products and services tailored to women entrepreneurs. Additional activities include staff training, facilitating gender equality certifications, and monitoring progress to ensure measurable outcomes. The project aims to increase access to finance for women-owned businesses, supporting inclusive economic growth and gender equality.
