Project Description
The National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) have signed a Cooperation Memorandum to cooperate in the identification and joint preparation of public-private partnerships (PPP) for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The collaboration aims to increase the number of bankable infrastructure projects that in turn is expected to boost private sector participation in sectors such as energy, water, transport, logistics, waste management, health, education, and digital infrastructure. By combining Infra’s strategic financing capabilities with IFC’s global experience, the partnership seeks to expedite the development of high-priority infrastructure initiatives in the Kingdom.
