Project Description
IFC is poised to form a strategic partnership with Banque de Crédit de Bujumbura with the aim of bolstering the bank's capacity to cater to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The project is designed to enhance the bank's approach to SME banking by refining customer segmentation and aligning the business model to better serve this sector. Additionally, the project will focus on formulating a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to modernize the bank's operations and facilitate more efficient and effective service delivery to MSME clients.
