Project Description
The overall objective of this project is to support private sector firms in PNG, with a focus on IFC pipeline clients, to improve workplace gender diversity and inclusion and thereby secure business benefits from improved women’s employment-related policies and practices. This will be achieved through (i) working directly with three in-depth advisory clients to develop tailored recommendations and implementation supports; (ii) improving capacity of a local partner to continue to on-deliver firm level support related to women’s employment-related advisory.
