Project Description
Building on foundations established by previous IFC gender project Fiji WInvest, this project aims to address workplace barriers to gender equality, such as GBV and childcare, which impact staff retention and absenteeism.
IFC will deliver five tailored advisory engagements to leading Fiji firms and IFC clients in priority sectors – such as manufacturing, finance, and agri-business and where possible building on relationships built via the Rakorako Peer Learning Series.
