Project Description
The project will support Prime Bank in developing a holistic view of its current digital capabilities through a current state diagnostic review of its existing business model and operational processes and procedures. Subsequently, IFC will recommend the bank to develop a cohesive digital transformation strategy for digital transformation its banking operations and services to meet these rising demands and fully catalyze the enabling environment. Digitalization will enable the bank to deliver further growth both internally and externally through customer and product acquisition, reduce cost, as well as unlock underserved customers, including MSMEs and women-owned enterprises.
