Project Description
IFC will provide transaction advisory support to Client to facilitate private sector participation in construction, management and operation of over 300 beds hospital. The Project involves conducting ICB transaction for selection of a private developer responsible for designing, constructing, financing, operating, maintaining, managing and transferring the hospital.
Development Results
The objective of the Project is to assist Client in conducting international competitive bidding (ICB) process for a hospital in Peshawar, KPK province.
The successful implementation of the project is expected to result in mobilization of private sector investment in the health sector and healthcare services for people in KPK and nearby cities in Pakistan.
