Project Description
The project will achieve its impact through a combination of conducting evidence-based research on gender gaps in the Mexican private sector, setting up a private sector Peer Learning Platform for 17 companies that operate in Mexico to share best practices and build their capacity on gender and inclusion, and providing in-depth advisory services to two IFC investment clients or potential investment clients.
Development Results
The expected development impact is to promote measures that reduce gender gaps related to women’s formal employment in the private sector and increase workplace diversity and inclusion in Mexico.
