Project Description
Under this project, the Advisory Services team under the Financial Institutions Group will provide technical assistance to MTN South Africa. The project will focus on the following areas: agent acquisition and agent network management, agent network training, quality and performance management.
Development Results
The objective of the proposed advisory services is to support MTN South Africa establish and launch mobile money agents across the country, targeting primarily the townships.
