Project Description
The project is designed and implemented in two components to address RAWBANKs SME Training Academy initiative which are: (1) TNA & Skills Development Strategy; and (2) Development of the Customized Content and Training Platform. Component one is designed to address the banks initiative of offering customized capacity building products and services for SMEs which will include conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA) to enable the development of the customized content and to design specific courses for selected sectors and, based on the training needs assessment outcomes, developing a skills development strategy to the bank that will encompass the proposed topics for each target group, the training delivery approach and an action plan. Component two will include customization of the training material by IFC to meet the needs of SMEs in each sector which will result in three training packages, for Beverage, Telecoms and General Trade sectors and development of the training platform through delivery of one Business Edge Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop for RAWBANK training personnel and one Training of Assessors (TOA) workshop for RAWBANK training personnel to enable them to monitor the training delivery quality of the selected trainers.
