Project Description
The Project will assist Access Bank PLC (the Bank) in developing its women's market business and become the bank of choice for women in Nigeria. This will be achieved through the following activities:
- Value proposition development
- Organization and training
- Product development
- Non-financial services
Development Results
The project is expected to have high development impact, increasing the bank's women clients portfolio by an average of 30%. The adoption of appropriate Women s Market banking practices as well as tailored banking solutions for women have been proven to increase access to financial services to women including to entrepreneurs which would contribute to job creation.
