Project Description
The project will work with the relevant stakeholders to develop training programs and a qualifications framework that are expected to improve the skills of the existing and potential labor force working in the Information Communication and Technology sector in Jordan.
Development Results
The goal of the project is to establish a sustainable approach to provide the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) industry in Jordan with a labor force that possesses the required technical skills and competencies. This will be achieved by enhancing the employability of ICT university graduates, college graduates at the technical level, and the existing ICT workforce requiring professional development; and establishing a sustainable mechanism for the ICT industry to continue influencing the content of relevant education programs offered at universities and training providers in Jordan.
