The objective of the project is to work with National Development Bank PLC and Seylan Bank PLC to increase reach to the SME segment through: 1. Review of the existing SME business and recommendations to improve same, 2. Expansion of the business to the
North and East of the country and 3. Capacity building and skills development of staff and SMEs.
