Project Description
The project will support the Ministry of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises in Guinea to introduce regulatory reform in the country. It is structured into two main phases: 1. Diagnostic and solution design phase, which aims to identify key regulatory constraints to starting and operating a business for firms (primarily small and medium enterprises) in both the formal and informal sectors and design appropriate reform solutions to address these constraints; and 2. Implementation phase, which expects to assist the government of Guinea in implementing these solutions in partnership with the private sector.
